Baked mussels

  • 2 packs of mussels Gray
  • 1 onion
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Flour 1 tbsp.
  • Cheese 50 gr
  • Salt, spices to taste
Using a sharp knife, separate the mussel meat from the shell. It is then gently washed to remove any remaining dirt, algae and sand. After that, the shells are laid out on a towel or napkin, where they should dry.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent.
Add flour, cream, salt, spices and half of the grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly, simmer for several minutes and turn off.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mussels.
Put a spoonful of sauce in each shell and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180 C and set for 20 minutes.
