Crab and homemade mayonnaise Bruschetta

Ingredients for 2 servings:
  • 2 slices cereal or rye bread
  • 100g crab meat
  • 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • Salt, black pepper
Dry the bread on both sides on the grill or oven and let cool slightly. Spread some mayonnaise on the bread and top with thinly sliced lettuce and avocado, peeled and sliced. Place the crab mixed with mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes in the last layer on top of the avocado. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Hurry up to try!
