Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
  • 100 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp milk
  • 100 g cooked crab meat
  • 1 tbsp onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp pimiento / type of fine pepper / (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh. basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 24 peeled champignons
First of all, you need to preheat the oven to 180g. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk until soft. Add crab meat, onion, pimiento, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, mix everything. Spoon the filling into the peeled mushroom. Bake for 15-20 minutes. until golden. Serve hot.
