Poached egg with crab salad

  • 1 Egg
  • Vinegar 6 tbsp
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • Mix salad 30-50 g
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil - a few drops to taste
  • Vegetable oil 1/2 tablespoon
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • Crab meat 50 g
  • Rice vinegar 1-2 tbsp
Cut red onion into thin feathers, cut carrots into strips. Peel the grapefruit, cut into slices, remove the white plates. Cut the crab meat into small strips. Prepare a poached egg: for this, in a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, pour in vinegar (for 2 liters of water - about 6 tablespoons of vinegar). Make a "funnel" with a spoon in the center, quickly pour in the egg. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the poached egg with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate. Prepare a dressing: for this, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, honey, a few drops of sesame oil. In a salad bowl, mix salad mix, carrots, onions. Put the salad mixture in the center of the plate, garnish with grapefruit wedges, strips of crab meat. Put the poached egg on top of the salad. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Done!
